How do I Complete a Microsimulation as an Admin User?

Overview

At the end of a Learning Loop within a Microsimulation, it is crucial to properly close the Microsimulation to capture the full scope of participant engagements and learning outcomes. This guide outlines the steps to finalize a Microsimulation, from reviewing participant responses to downloading the final report for compliance and board reporting purposes.

  1. Review Participant Status
    Navigate to the Microsimulation Library to review the current status of all participants. Ensure that each participant has completed the Learning Loop.

  2. Check Learning Loop Responses
    Scroll through the Microsimulation report to view the responses provided by participants in the Learning Loop. This step is essential to verify that all feedback has been submitted and properly recorded. Get a more detailed view: How do I share Learning Loop insights?

  3. Complete the Microsimulation
    Once you have confirmed that all participants have provided their feedback, proceed to finalize the Microsimulation. Mark off the objectives achieved during the Microsimulation. You can then update the status of the Microsimulation to "Complete".

    Click on the Microsimulation card, which should now display a status of ‘Complete’. Review any additional comments or notes that might be critical for future reference. Copy these comments/notes and incorporate them into the notes section of the Microsimulation report.
  5. Download the Report
    For governance and compliance purposes, download the PDF report of the Microsimulation. This document serves as an official record for board reporting and meeting compliance requirements, capturing all essential details and outcomes of the Microsimulation.
