How do I assign a Role Set to a User?

How do I assign an existing Role Set to a User?

If the Role Set you wish to assign to a user, does NOT exist, first create the Role Set. Learn more at: 

  1. Visit the iluminr website for your region

  2. Log in with your iluminr credentials.

  3. In the menu, expand Settings, then click General.

  4. In the menu, select Settings then General.

  5. In the Response Team and Role Allocation section:

    1. tick the team(s) the user belongs to;
    2. use the first drop-down to select their Role on that team; and
    3. in the second drop-down select their allocation as Primary.

  6. Click the update button to save the changes.
