      How do I reset my password?

      Learn how to reset your iluminr password

       

      Please note, if you use SSO to login to iluminr, these instructions will NOT guide you through the process of resetting your SSO password.

      1. Visit the iluminr website for your region
      2. Click on Forgot your password?
        ​
      3. Enter your work email address (this is your Username).
      4. Click Send.

      5. Wait for the Password Reset Email to arrive in your inbox from info@catalysttech.co. It may take a few minutes for the automated email to arrive. 
      6.  Open the Password Reset Email.

      7. Click Reset Password.

      8. Enter your new password.

      9. Click Reset.
