      How do I manage Call Hunt Escalation Pathways?

      Learn how to manage Call Hunt Escalation Pathways

      In order to enable Teams to be issued Call Hunt (Huntable) Team Activation notifications the first step is to establish your escalation pathways.

      This capability is ONLY available to iluminr Admin Users

       

      1. Navigate to the People Library
      2. Select the team you wish to establish (or manage) an escalation pathway for
        1. Ensure you have the right members in the relevant roles
        2. Use Manage Roles to ensure you have the right members in the correct roles
      3. Select Escalation pathway
      4. Select Get Started
      5. For each role you can add an escalation level
      6. Simply Drag and drop the team members in a role to the desired escalation pathway level
      7. Select Save
      8. Congratulations!
        Your team is now able to be hunted for Team Activations!
