A Contact Group refers to **a collection of Contacts**, which **may or may not include Users**. When you send a Poll or Broadcast message through iluminr, the individuals within these Contact Groups will be listed in the Recipients section. These groups offer flexibility and can serve various purposes, such as organising individuals by department, office, site, or campus location, line manager, or any other categorisation defined by your organisation. Remember to grant the relevant Role Sets access to any new Contact Groups!
