iluminr offers structured virtual training sessions designed to help response teams confidently use the platform during disruptions, incidents, and emergencies.

Training is typically delivered to Crisis Management, Incident Management, or Incident Response teams, and may include primary role holders, alternate role holders, or both within the same session.
Sessions are delivered virtually and typically run for 30–60 minutes, depending on the selected training option.

How to create a new Event Room and conduct the initial event assessment

How to use the Impact Assessment tool to determine event severity and recommended response levels

How to activate response teams and assemble team members

How to capture situational awareness using the Information Board

How to assign and track response tasks and actions

How to access playbooks, response plans, and key documents within iluminr

How Event Rooms provide a single source of truth for incident information and decision making
Participants will also learn how to coordinate response activities and track actions through to completion.
Mass Communications (30 minutes)
Learn how to build and send communications to stakeholders using iluminr’s mass notification capabilities.
This session focuses on how teams communicate quickly and accurately during incidents, as well as how to notify broader stakeholder groups such as all staff or specific locations.

This combined session covers both incident coordination and stakeholder communications within iluminr.
Participants will learn how to:

Send communications to response teams and stakeholders

Monitor delivery and review communication responses
This option is commonly used for new platform users or teams preparing for exercises or simulations.
