How do I access a closed Event Room?

If you have accidentally closed an Event Room or need to retrieve information from a closed/archived Event Room, please submit a support ticket with the following details (where available):

• Event Room name
• Name of the person who created the Event Room
• Date the Event Room was created

If you don’t have all of the above information, don’t worry, our team may still be able to help. Please provide as much information as you can, and contact iluminr Customer Support for assistance with reopening the Event Room.
