What is Call Hunt in iluminr?

Call Hunt provides users the ability to activate members in a response team in a particular order.

Allowing team members to be activated when and if they are required.

Many organizations establish secondary and even tertiary members to step in when the primary role holder is unavailable.

With Call Hunt, your iluminr admin can define these escalation pathways, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into team activations.

This setup simplifies the process for users issuing team activations, allowing them to easily select the necessary team and choose which roles to include or exclude. Meanwhile, iluminr takes care of the activation and notification of the appropriate members as needed.

When will iluminr escalate from one level to the next?

If the first team member replies not available iluminr will automatically progress to activating the member in level 2

OR if the Level 1 team member does not respond in a pre-determined period of time it will then progress to the next level.

What channels will Call Hunt operate in?

Call hunt will issue notifications in any supported communication channel for Team Activations

  • MS Teams

Call hunt will only allow users to select a team that has a defined escalation pathway.
