How do I send a message with voice conference details?

When create an iluminr message, the compose communication slide-out panel will enable you to select the Message Type. Learn more about message types at Get to know Communications.
- Once the message type or template is selected, click the Include a voice conference meeting toggle, to Y
- Follow the prompts to send your message, or see How do I create a new message and notify contacts? for further instruction.
Whilst you can include voice conference details via the Voice delivery channel, it is likely your recipients may not have time to note the conference call details to join it.
It is best to share the call dial in details via the SMS, email or MS Teams delivery channels to allow your recipients to join the voice conference when they are available.
